At MantisTech customer service is important, for this reason we own our customers problems and ensure either a prompt repair or exchange for their mobile. We send out our customer a new mobile while the faulty one is being repaired. It is for this reason we occasionally have reconditioned mobile phones for sale at bargain prices to clear. The condition will be clearly stated and often in an as new condition. We also occasionally place clearance or ex-demo products in this department equally at bargain prices.
