Bought a Ruggex phone over 3 years ago, its been dunked, run over, dropped & generally abused, Android software let it down in the end, it needed help, sent it back, MantisTech fixed it, total charge £5.00, you cant knock that for excellent customer service, thank you so much

Excellent service dealt with MantisTech few times they couldn’t be more helpful . Ruggex phones are a great work phone for my roofer husband he has just dropped it off a roof sent it back for repair luckily just screen broken so it was repaired and sent back within a day shows how tough the phone is. Excellent service from Mantis, queries answered quickly and fully and I am now the proud owner of a Rhino V. As I am hard of hearing the ability to crank up volume on calls and ringtones is a great help.

Great people to deal with, the phone arrived next day. Rugged flip phone, duel sim, two screens and a camera better than expected. Can be very loud if you want. 3G and a torch, easy to use and a good battery life. 5 stares from me.
